I received this potting bench last week. It arrived packed nicely and in perfect condition! It was easy to assemble and only took me 20 minutes to put it together. It is a great addition to my back yard and goes well with all my iron furnishings! I was especially impressed with the soil well, it rained all weekend and remained nice and dry! I would highly recommend this product to anyone interested in it!

Easy assembly, as described. Oversized and sturdy. Just one complaint...the soil compartment collects rainwater even when covered. It would be perfect if the cover wrapped around the edges to keep rain out.

Item arrived with multiple broken hinges, bent legs and other damaged components.
cardboard box appears poorly underdesigned to support delivery of this item. I have contacted Hayneedle for complete return and expect a full refund.

very heavy box, but once unwrapped found parts were wrapped in bubble wrap. good protection, box was a mess. I alone assembled it. had trouble getting one side of top piece to fit in, had to use a rubber hammer. two hanging prongs are very bent on each end. not worth reboxing to send back. very pleased that unit is very sturdy and shelves are very deep and heavy. will get many years of use out of this piece. creative box piece attachment for dirt, well fitting lid, tight. good purchase. to be perfect, would have to be made in America
